Rapper Busta Rhymes Charged With Assault

Rapper Busta Rhymes is in trouble with the law.
The recording artist, who has also acted on occasion, was arrested and charged with assault according to police.
There were few other details available about the arrest or the alleged attack that led to it. Neither the rapper, whose legal name is Trevor Smith, nor his representatives could be reached for comment.
Police had been wanting to speak with Rhymes following the February shooting death of one of his bodyguards, Israel Ramirez. The 29-year-old was killed outside a Brooklyn studio while Rhymes was recording a music video.
The rapper and another of his guards were sued a month after the shooting by a fan claiming the pair beat him up when he asked for an autograph.
