Six-Year Old Falls From Second Storey

A six-year old girl was rushed to hospital Thursday night after falling out of a second storey window.
CityNews has learned the child was in a low-rise apartment building on Marigold Ave. where she fell onto the sandy area below. That’s in the Eastern Ave. and Leslie St. area.
Police say the young girl fell out of the window after it appears she was leaning on the screen.
She’s currently in The Hospital For Sick Children, being treated for scrapes and bruises.
