It’s became a Toronto tradition and the New Year’s bash at Nathan Phillips Square is expected to be bigger and better than ever when we ring in 2013.
The free outdoor concert, hosted by Citytv personalities Gord Martineau, Kevin Frankish, Dina Pugliese, and Tracy Moore, will sport a diverse and electrifying lineup of stars like Johnny Reid, the Tenors, Kardinall Offishall, Shawn Desman, and Massari.
And that’s just scratching the surface; the full lineup will be released in the coming weeks.
The Annual City New Year’s Bash on Citytv is in its 28th year and has quickly become the country’s highest-rated New Year’s countdown.
The party also takes place at Olympic Plaza in Calgary, and Churchill Square in Edmonton.
“Citytv has become the destination of choice for many families ringing in the New Year, with an astounding 5.1 million viewers tuned in to last year’s broadcast,” said Malcolm Dunlop, Executive Vice-President of Programming and Operations, Broadcast, Rogers Media.
“To ring in 2013, we’re connecting with even more Canadians with three party locations, and a stellar entertainment lineup for all ages.”
A live stream of City New Year’s Bash 2013 will be available online at www.Citytv.com, and on the Citytv Video App.
