Toronto Mayor Rob Ford promises to cut red tape at city hall

Toronto Mayor Rob Ford took part in a ceremony and proclaimed Jan. 21-25 Red Tape Awareness week. He did it on the same day that MP Tony Clement unveiled $10 million in federal funding to combat red tape.
