Lawyer John Mascarin discusses Mayor Ford’s upcoming appeal ruling

A three-judge panel will deliver the decision on Mayor Rob Ford’s conflict of interest appeal at 10:30 a.m on Friday. Lawyer John Mascarin spoke to CityNews about the quickness of the decision and if that will impact the ruling.
