Passenger killed in crash on QEW in St. Catharines

A 20-year-old was killed and three others were sent to hospital following a multi-vehicle crash on the QEW in St. Catharines on Thursday morning. OPP Sgt. Dave Woodford said they are hoping to have the Niagara-bound lanes open by noon, while the Toronto-bound lanes are expected to be closed all day.
