Scarborough subway won’t be built without $1.8B from province: TTC chair

Transportation minister Glen Murray announced that the province will contribute $1.4-billion for the proposed Scarborough subway extension. TTC Chair Karen Stintz says they need $1.8-billion from the Ontario government.
