Shots fired outside downtown middle school

Toronto police are investigating after shots were fired outside a downtown middle school on Tuesday night.

Officers found a slug in a window frame at Queen Alexandra Middle School on Dundas Street east of Broadview Avenue.

Witnesses say at least three gunshots were heard around 11 p.m.

No injuries have been reported and no arrests have been made.
