Freezing rain warning ends for GTA

Environment Canada has lifted its freezing rain warning for Halton Hills, Milton, and Caledon.
The warning on Wednesday had also extended to Orangeville.
Toronto and the GTA were under a special weather statement as of Tuesday, but it was lifted just after 2 a.m.
Taylor said Wednesday will see increasing cloud with periods of light rain beginning around 11 a.m. and a gusty wind for the afternoon. The temperature will climb to a high of 8 C.
She said showers are expected to end around 5 p.m. and the wind will become light by Wednesday night.
Showers are in store for Thursday, and by Friday it will be cooler near 0 C with a chance of flurries.
