Elderly pedestrian dies after Dufferin and Dupont crash

An elderly pedestrian who was struck by a vehicle has died.
The crash happened at Dufferin Street and Armstrong Avenue, south of Dupont Street, around 6 p.m. on Saturday.
Police say the pedestrian, a woman in her 90s, was crossing from the east side to the west side of the road when she was struck by a northbound vehicle.
The driver remained on scene.
Toronto police are investigating.
