Tractor-trailer rear-ends taxi at Dixie and Queen in Brampton

Peel police are investigating a serious crash in Brampton that sent two people to hospital in critical condition.
A tractor-trailer rear-ended a taxi at Dixie Road and Queen Street around 5 a.m. on Thursday.
The two people who were in the back of the cab, a man in his 40s and a woman in her early 50s, were rushed to hospital. The cab driver had minor injuries.
The intersection is shut down for the investigation.
