Man stabbed in midtown Toronto has serious injuries

Toronto police are investigating after a man was stabbed in midtown Toronto early Friday morning.

The stabbing happened at an apartment building at Redpath and Roehampton Avenues, near Mount Pleasant Road and Eglinton Avenue West, just before 1:30 a.m.

One man was taken to hospital with serious but not life-threatening injuries.

There is no word on suspects.
