Body found in Oshawa harbour identified as missing woman

Durham police have identified the body part found on the Oshawa lakefront last September as that of a missing 18-year-old woman.
A fisherman discovered the torso of a woman floating in the water near the Oshawa Harbour back on September 11.
A preliminary examination identified signs of trauma but a post mortem failed to determine the exact cause of death.
DNA tests have confirmed the body part belonged to Rori Hache, who was reported missing back on August 29, 2017.
Investigators are looking to speak with anyone who may have had contact with Hache prior to September 11.
