Police are looking to identify a man seen in the company of a 22-year-old woman moments before she went missing.
Tess Richey was reported missing November 25 around 3 a.m. after she disappeared from the area of Church and Wellesley streets.
Her body was found in an abandoned building in the same area around 3 p.m. last Wednesday.
An autopsy found she died due to “neck compression.”
While police have not released any suspect information, they are now looking to identify a man seen with Richey between the hours of 2 a.m. and 5 a.m. on Church Street between Wellesley and Dundonald streets.
The man is described as white, approximately five-foot-seven to five-foot-six, with a slim build and light coloured short hair.
