Teen driver caught going 105 km/h above speed limit in Mississauga

A 19-year-old driver has been charged with stunt driving for a second time, after being caught going 105 kilometres above the speed limit in Mississauga.

Police told 680 NEWS the teen was driving his dad’s Lexus when he was clocked at 165 kilometres per hour in a 60 zone at Eglinton Avenue West and Creditview Road on Monday night.

The vehicle has been impounded and the 19-year-old’s license has been suspended for seven days.

Police said the same driver was nabbed for stunt driving back in January.
