The body of a missing scuba diver has been pulled from Humber Bay, not far away from where he disappeared.
Police say they were called to the area of Humber Bay Park West and Lakeshore Boulevard near the Etobicoke Yacht Club around 8 p.m. Sunday.
Toronto Fire say two divers went into the water and only one of them resurfaced.
Members of the Toronto police marine unit found the diver’s body around 9:30 a.m. on Monday.
Friends and relatives of the missing man told 680 NEWS that he was a licensed diver, not a beginner and was also quite adventurous.
According to paramedics, the diver who resurfaced was treated and is in stable condition.
