The SIU is investigating after a police chase left a man with a broken leg.
It happened around 2am on Friday at 750 Morningside Ave.
The suspect apparently jumped from a fifth-floor balcony while trying to get away from officers.
There’s no word on why Toronto Police were pursuing the 25-year-old.
Little information will be released until the provincial body has finished looking into the case.
