StreetBeat – Sep. 24 – Police Searching For Three Sex Assault Suspects

Toronto Police are searching for three men wanted in separate alleged sexual assaults.

The most recent attack happened Thursday when a man allegedly approached a teenaged girl on a crowded TTC bus and sexually assaulted her. He then left the bus and walked away.

The same man is wanted in two other, similar attacks dating back to last November.

All three incidents involved girls aged 13 to 17 on the Kennedy 43 bus route near Finch Ave. E. Police believe there may be more victims.

The suspect (pictured) is described as:

  • Brown
  • In his 40s
  • 5’3″–5’7″
  • Short, black hair
  • Clean-shaven
  • Last seen wearing a golf shirt with two-tone blue, horizontal stripes

The second man has been linked to an alleged attack that happened on Wednesday around 7:30am.

An 82-year-old woman was in a park near Kingston and Port Union roads.

Officers believe that she was approached by a man she didn’t know. He then allegedly dragged her to a secluded area and assaulted her.

The suspect ran away when the victim screamed for help.

The suspect was described by the victim as:

  • Male
  • Brown
  • 40 years old
  • 5’7”-5’8”
  • Black eyes
  • Clean shaven
  • Black, straight, short hair
  • Beige baseball cap
  • Blue jeans
  • Beige sweater
  • White T-shirt
  • White sneakers

The third assault happened that same day in a residential area near College and Dufferin streets.

The suspect allegedly approached a 32-year-old woman from behind, startling her. He allegedly grabbed her and sexually assaulted her.

But she managed to escape and made her way home.

The suspect is described as:

  • Male
  • White
  • In his early 20s
  • Approximately 6’0”
  • Lean muscular build
  • Last seen wearing a dark-coloured fitted top with white writing across the front, faded black jeans, white running shoes

The suspect was last seen running towards the Dufferin Mall.
