Attempted Murder Charges Laid After Man Stabbed

A man is recovering in hospital and a woman is facing a charge of attempted murder after a stabbing early on Friday morning.
The alleged attack happened on Dundas Street east of Runnymede Road.
Emergency crews were called to the scene around 1:40am.
The victim, believed to be in his 50s, was taken to Sunnybrook with three puncture wounds to his neck.
A woman believed to be in her 20s was taken into custody.
Officers allege that the accused is known to them.
