CFIA issues recall for Slim-Fast read-to-drink replacement shakes

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency and Unilever Canada have issued a recall notice for Slim-Fast ready-to-drink replacement shakes.
The drinks may be contaminated with a micro-organisms that can cause vomiting and diarrhea.
The recall notice applies to all Slim-Fast ready-to-drink meal replacement shakes sold in cans, regardless of flavour, best-before date or lot code.
Anyone who has any of the recalled products at home is being advised throw them out and call the company for a full refund.
