StreetBeat – Dec. 27 – Child Falls Out Of Moving Car

A four-year-old child is lucky to be alive after falling out of a moving car in the city’s east end.

It happened around 5pm Sunday as the child’s grandmother was driving on Ellesmere Road near Bellamy.

The child, who was in a car seat at the time, was not injured in the incident but was taken to hospital along with the grandmother as a precaution.


Cabbie In Hospital After Beating

A taxi driver is in serious condition after he was allegedly beaten by four men overnight.

It happened outside an address on Kingston Road, east of Woodbine Avenue.

So far, police have not released a description of the suspects.
