Man Accused Of Pushing Two People On To Subway Tracks Arrested

A man accused of pushing two people on to the subway tracks at St. Andrew station has been arrested.

Police were called to the TTC station on December 24 around 6:10pm.

Officers believe that the accused was standing on the northbound platform. He then allegedly attempted to push a woman on to the live tracks, right in front of an oncoming train.

Luckily, she was able to escape and contact Toronto Transit Commission personnel.

He then attempted to push a second woman, who was also able to escape.

He was arrested at the scene.

Sean Duck, 29, of Toronto, has been charged with Aggravated Assault and appeared in court on Friday.
