H1N1 Clinics Re-Open In Toronto

H1N1 flu vaccination clinics in Toronto re-opened this week to provide a second dose for children and shots for the general public.

This second round is intended for kids between six-months and three-years and youngsters between the ages of three and nine years who have chronic health conditions.

Parents are being reminded that kids need at least a 21-day gap between the first and second shots.

Members of the general public can also visit a clinic for a seasonal or H1N1 flu shot. The vaccine is also widely available at physicians’ offices and in some workplaces.
