Second Suspect Turns Himself In After Alleged Weekend Sex Assault

Update, Sept. 29, 2020: Jacob Samuel Videki was found not guilty on June 27, 2013.

A second suspect has turned himself in following an alleged sexual assault.

The alleged attack happened on Saturday morning.

Toronto Police allege that two men and a woman left a bar near Bloor Street and Spadina Avenue around 2:30am.

The woman was driven to an apartment in the Dufferin and Bloor street-area, where she was allegedly sexually assaulted.

She was then driven to a second location. While she was in the car, she was allegedly hit several times by one of the suspects. She was left at the side of the road near Dufferin Street and Geary Avenue.

Jacob Samuel Videki, 19, turned himself in on Tuesday morning. He has been charged with sexual assault.

Nicholas Vozgenikov, 20, was arrested earlier in the week. He’s charged with sexual assault and assault causing bodily harm.
