Construction Worker Falls To His Death

A construction worker is dead after falling as many as six storeys from an apartment building under renovation Thursday afternoon.
There are reports a piece of metal may have fallen and knocked the 43-year-old Mississauga man off the building, near Victoria Park Avenue and Ellesmere Road.
Police arrived at the site around 12:30pm and attempted to revive the victim. But they were unsuccessful and the man was pronounced dead.
