Woman Arrested In Stroller Theft, Police Still Looking For One Man

Toronto Police have made an arrest in the case of an allegedly stolen baby stroller that ended up on Craigslist.

One woman is in custody and officers are still looking for one man. Michael Pavlova, 25, (pictured) is wanted for theft.

Investigators believe that the pair targeted homes with front porches in the 53, 54 and 55 Division-areas. They then allegedly stole high-end strollers that had been left unattended.

A quick-thinking would-be victim noticed his family stroller was missing. He was searching on Craisglist for a replacement when he saw what he believed was his own stroller.

Posing as a potential buyer, he set up a meeting with the seller. They met in a parking lot and once the victim confirmed that the stroller was allegedly his, he began taking pictures of the two suspects.

Emma Luck, 22, was arrested on Monday and charged with 12 counts of Theft under $5,000.
