84-Year-Old Man Charged After Neighbour Shot

An 84-year-old Toronto man has been charged after a shooting in the west end on Thursday.
It happened near Boon Ave. and Rogers Rd. Police say Diego Arcuri got into a dispute with his neighbour and shot him with a handgun.
The victim was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Arcuri faces 12 charges including aggravated assault, threatening death and several weapons offences.
He was scheduled to appear in court on Friday morning.
