Police are investigating after a car crashed into a Scarborough school Thursday morning.
Just after 11am, the vehicle smashed the outside brick wall of a classroom at St. Sylvester Catholic School on Silver Springs Blvd., near Finch Ave. E. and Kennedy Rd.
There are reports five students were inside, but no one was injured.
A medical emergency may have led to the crash.
Sexual Assault
Toronto police want to alert the public to a sexual assault suspect.
On Wednesday June 2, a woman, 47 was walking in Roycroft Park. That’s in the Avenue Rd. and St. Clair Ave. West area.
A man grabbed her from behind and sexually assaulted her. He was scared off by a nearby cyclist and fled the scene.
The suspect is described as:
- Asian
- 5’2’-5’8”
- 150-180lbs with a stocky build
- Short black hair
He was seen wearing a black baseball cap, a navy blue t-shirt and beige or khaki pants.
