Police Arrest Second Suspect In Teen’s Shooting Death

Police have arrested a second man wanted for the shooting death of a 17-year-old in May.
At about 3:30pm on May 3rd, Mitchell Leton Celise was shot in the chest on Winona Drive, in the St. Clair Avenue West and Oakwood Avenue area. Emergency crews found him collapsed on a sidewalk and rushed him to hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
Officers arrested 18-year-old Lavare Williams later that month and charged him with first-degree murder, but had been searching for a second man until Friday.
That’s when they caught 19-year-old Chael Mills, of no fixed address, in London. He has been charged with first-degree murder as well.
He is scheduled to appear in court on Sunday morning.
