Repatriation Thursday For Fallen Canadian Soldier

A fallen Canadian solider will have his final homecoming on Thursday.
Cpl. Brian Pinksen was wounded in Afghanistan and died in hospital in Germany.
A military plane carrying his body will arrive at CFB Trenton around 2pm.
Gov. Gen Michaelle Jean, Defence Minister Peter MacKay and Chief of Defence Staff Gen. Walt Natynczyk are among those expected to be on hand to pay their respects.
Pinksen, a member of 2nd Battalion, Royal Newfoundland Regiment, based in Corner Brook, N.L., was wounded by an IED while on patrol in the Panjwaii district of Kandahar on August 22. He died on August 30.
