Another Teen Girl Attacked In Toronto

For the third time this week, a teenaged girl has been attacked while walking in the city.

Around 12:30pm on Friday, a 15-year-old girl was climbing the stairs on a wooded path that leads to Loretto Abbey Catholic Secondary School, near Yonge Street and York Mills Road.

That’s when a man allegedly grabbed her from behind, pushed her to the ground and tried to sexually assault her.

The girl said she fought him off and he fled westbound towards Yonge Street.

In two other recent attacks, 13-year-old girls were sexually assaulted near Brimley and Eglinton and Neilson and McLevin in Scarborough.

The suspect in Friday’s attack is described as having a dark brown complexion, 25-30 years old, 5 feet 9 inches – 5 feet 11 inches tall, with a medium build. His short black hair was balding and he was unshaven. He was wearing a black jogging suit.
