Police Looking For Suspect Following Markham Bank Robbery

Police are searching for a suspect who held up a bank in Markham this week.
The heist happened around 9:30am Thursday at a CIBC at 4360 Highway 7 East. Authorities say a man walked up to a teller and handed her a note indicating he had a gun. The teller handed over an undisclosed amount of cash and the suspect took off south down Eureka Street.
A firearm was never seen.
The suspect is described as:
-White
-5’9”
-Early 50s
-He was wearing a dark black toque, sunglasses, a black coat and black pants.
