Toronto Police are searching for a missing teenager who was last seen in the Entertainment District on Saturday night.
Kinshasa Phillpotts, 14, also known as “Kinchy,” was seen around 3am at 224 Richmond St W.
Phillpotts is described as:
- female
- black
- 5’6”
- 125 lbs
- brown eyes
- long black hair in twisted braids
- She was last seen wearing a white panda bear winter hat, bluish-black waist length jacket, short brown boots, and large circular framed glasses.
Police are concerned for her safety.

Man Seriously Injured In Crash
An elderly man has been seriously injured in a two-vehicle crash.
The collision happened near Weston Road and Finch Avenue just after 1pm on Monday.
Finch was shut down in both directions between Weston Road and Jayzel Drive as police investigated.
