A teen was airlifted to hospital Tuesday morning after he was hit by a truck in Mississauga.
It happened shortly before 9am on Hurontario Street, north of Eglinton Avenue.
The pedestrian, believed to be 17 years old, had life-threatening injuries and was unconscious when paramedics arrived.
Meanwhile, police in Hamilton continue to appeal for witnesses to an accident that killed a 15-year-old boy Monday.
The teen was walking to school when he was struck by an SUV at the intersection of Howe Avenue and East 14th Street, police said.
A two-vehicle collision forced the SUV up onto a sidewalk, trapping the boy under the truck. He died in hospital.
