Pedestrian struck on Bathurst near 401

A woman was rushed to hospital Tuesday morning after she was struck by a vehicle on Bathurst Street near Highway 401.
The accident happened just after 7am on Bathurst Street near Baycrest, prompting police to temporarily close the northbound lanes.
The victim is said to be in her 40s or 50s and the extent of her injuries isn’t yet known.
