Peel police have captured an American fugitive who fled to Canada to avoid going to jail.
On Tuesday, officers arrested Daniel Szleszynski near Bloor Street and Tomken Road in Mississauga.
The 21-year-old was convicted for an armed robbery at an ATM in Seymour, Conn. last May.
Police charged Szleszynski and another man, Casey Hyman, with the crime a couple of months later.
