Police lay more than 300 charges in high-end motorcycle and car theft ring

A raid at an Etobicoke home has resulted in six Toronto men facing more than 300 charges in the thefts of high-end motorcycles and vehicles.

On Tuesday April 26, police launched an investigation into the thefts of luxury motorcycles and cars throughout the GTA.

Acting upon information learned through their investigation, they then raided a home at 72 Clarion Rd. in Etobicoke.

Police say they found 16 motorcycles and vehicles with fake vehicle identification numbers.

They also allegedly recovered cocaine, ecstasy, marijuana, and cash.

Police have charged:

Christopher Sirizzotti, 27, of Toronto

  • Fabio Capetola, 31, of Toronto
  • Mario Bottono, 31, of Toronto
  • Adam Sirizzotti, 25, of Toronto
  • David Penas, 21, of Toronto
  • Anthony Durant, 29, of Toronto

Among the charges the men are facing are Theft over, Possession Property Obtained by Crime over, Possession of Controlled Substance and Destroy, Alter or Remove VIN.
