No charges laid after alleged homophobic attack at York University

Toronto Police said Wednesday that no charges will be laid after an alleged homophobic attack at York University last month

AS CityNews reported April 8, a woman claimed she was viciously beaten after telling a group of men she was a lesbian.

Valerie Bustros says she was attacked by three men when she went to use the women’s bathroom at the university’s Winters Absinthe pub.

Police identified the suspects using security camera footage but said Wednesday that no charges will be laid following their investigation.

More to come.
