Power fully restored in downtown outage

A power outage hit part of the downtown core Monday morning, including parts of the Financial District.
Power was fully restored by 1:30 a.m. — four hours after the lights went out.
According to Toronto Hydro, the affected area was bounded by Bay and Bathurst Streets to the east and west, and Queen to Front Streets to the north and south.
It’s not yet known what caused the outage.
