Robin Antin and several of the ever-rotating cast of the Pussycat Dolls were in Toronto this week to promote their latest workout DVD.
“It’s a fun, sexy, workout — but you’re in the comfort of your own home,” Antin told CityNews.
“It’s not like you have to go to a dance class that’s intimidating,” she added.
The DVD, called Robin Antin’s Pussycat Dolls: Dancer’s Body Workout, was based on the exercises and routines used by the pop group. According to distributor Anchor Bay Entertainment, completing the exercises will produce flat abs and “the shapely sexy body of a dancer.”
It’s the second workout DVD for Antin, who started The Pussycat Dolls as a burlesque troupe. They soon morphed into a pop act, releasing singles with Snoop Dogg and Busta Rhymes.
However, the group’s members are known more for their dancing and looks than their singing.
“We all love dancing and that’s how we’re able to stay in shape,” Antin said.
