Suspected serial arsonist caught on tape

Police believe a man responsible for the fire that gutted an historic downtown building last month and several other alleged arsons has been caught on tape.
Authorities have released images of a suspect caught on a surveillance camera who they allege is responsible for 15 incidents of arson in around Gerrard and Church streets, between Oct. 15 and Nov. 1, including the three-alarm blaze at 295 George St. on Oct. 19.
The suspect shown in the video that was released Thursday is allegedly responsible for a string of fires, many set in garbage cans and recycling bins.
He’s described as:
-white
-40 to 45 years old
-five feet nine inches to six feet tall with a medium build
-walks with a limp
