3 hurt in GTA shootings

Police are investigating three shootings in the GTA.

Around noon on Sunday, one person was shot in a parking lot near Kipling Avenue and Rexdale Boulevard in Etobicoke.

The male victim was taken to a local hospital and will likely recover.

And overnight, around 4:30 a.m., police say a 21-year-old man was shot near a bar on Dundas Street West, near Bathurst.

His injuries are not life-threatening.

Around the same time, another male checked himself into the Humber River Regional Hospital after he was shot at a banquet hall in Mississauga.

It happened at the Premium Banquet Hall on Lucknow Drive, near Pearson International Airport.

His age and condition are not known.

Police have not released a description of the suspect in any of the cases.
