2 suspects sought for tractor-trailer theft

Police continue to search for two suspects who stole a tractor-trailer full of cosmetics and led officers on a short chase.
A worker from a truck yard at Martin Grove Road and Highway 401 noticed a rig leaving when it wasn’t supposed to around 11 p.m. Tuesday. He followed the truck and called police.
Officers started following the rig near Highway 400 and Finch and unsuccessfully tried to pull it over. A short, slow-speed chase ended at Chesswood Drive and Finch Avenue West when the suspects left the truck and took off.
