A man’s body was pulled from the water near Ashbridges Bay Sunday afternoon.
The Toronto police marine unit began their search of the Leslie Street shipping channel around noon, after the owner of a marine equipment business reported seeing the body in the water.
Officers said the victim is male but have not released his age.
The coroner is investigating.
An autopsy will be conducted Monday.
