LIVE STREAM: Transit meeting at city hall

A special city council meeting is being held Wednesday to discuss the future of Toronto’s transit.

Mayor Rob Ford insists subways are the way to go, but TTC chair Karen Stintz came out against Ford’s plan earlier this week and is calling on council to adopt the Transit City light-rail transit (LRT) plan crafted under former mayor David Miller.
