After a month on a diet, the mayor says he has hit a plateau.
Rob Ford weighed about 310 pounds on Monday, unchanged from a week ago.
“I’ve plateaued,” he said, after seeing his results.
The mayor and his brother Coun. Doug Ford are each trying to lose 50 pounds by June 18.
At the start of their Cut the Waist weight-loss challenge last month, the mayor was 330 pounds.
He didn’t answer questions from reporters on Monday.
Doug Ford dropped another four pounds to 255 pounds. He was 275 pounds at the start of the program.
“It’s a challenge I’ll tell ya,” he said. “The weekends are a killer.”
He added: “I feel like a champion. I really do. Maybe it may not show on the scale but my endurance on a bike is twice as long. So I’m feeling great.”
