A 19-year-old Toronto man is wanted on a Canada-wide arrest warrant because of his alleged role in a parking dispute that escalated into a shooting last summer.
Police say Cordell Cartledge confronted a 23-year-old man in a fight over a parking spot near Bathurst Street and Lake Shore Boulevard West on July 30, 2011.
The man was shot and ended up with a surface wound.
Officers say Cartledge could be in the GTA or Montreal area.
He is described as having a light-black complexion, six-foot-one, 230 pounds, with dark black hair, often worn in cornrows.
Police say he may be armed and dangerous and should not be approached.
