2 incidents force northbound Lansdowne to briefly close at College

Two separate incidents forced the northbound lanes of Lansdowne to temporarily close at College late Wednesday morning, police say.
There was a minor collision involving two cars on Lansdowne Avenue just north of College Street shortly before 11 a.m., and another incident on Dupont near Lansdowne involving an elderly man who collapsed after a medical emergency. Earlier reports were that he was a cyclist.
The victim was taken to hospital with no vital signs. No further details were immediately available about his condition.
Northbound Lansdowne lanes were closed at College while police investigated but they have since reopened.
TTC buses were diverted in both directions, but have resumed normal service.
