Fire doused in west end

Firefighters have doused a fire that spread to three homes in Toronto’s west end on Wednesday.
It happened on McMurray Avenue, near Keele and Dundas streets, around noon.
Paramedics assessed an elderly man at the scene, but said it was nothing serious.
Officials have not revealed how the fire started.
There was no immediate word about damages.
