2 drivers arrested after crash at King & Jarvis

Two men were taken into custody after an accident at King and Jarvis streets during the morning rush Tuesday.
An SUV slammed into a light standard around 6:30 a.m., closing the busy intersection for an hour.
There were two vehicles involved in the accident and there are reports the two drivers began arguing after the crash, prompting police to step in.
No injuries were reported.
Tuesday’s accident happened near the scene of a fatal crash involving a skateboarder a day earlier.
A cab driver was arrested Monday evening after a 37-year-old skateboarder was hit by a taxi. Police are trying to determine if the driver hit the man on purpose.
